Super Duplex F61 Bars (UNS S32550)

Maass Special Alloys supplies Super Duplex F61 bars as rolled and forged bar upon request. This grade is also known as UNS S32550, EN 1.4507, Ferralium 255 or Alloy 255. It is a copper-bearing super duplex stainless steel for projects where high strength, chloride resistance and certified material supply are required. The supply scope ranges from small diameters up to 600 mm.

Chemical composition

Super Duplex F61 / UNS S32550 is a copper-bearing super duplex stainless steel. Its composition combines chromium, nickel, molybdenum, copper and nitrogen to support high mechanical strength and resistance to localized corrosion in chloride-containing and acidic environments.
