Maass Special Alloys supplies Alloy C-22 bars as rolled and forged bar upon request. Also known as Hastelloy C-22, Alloy 22, UNS N06022 or EN 2.4602, this nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy is used for severe corrosive environments. The supply range runs from small diameters up to 600 mm.

Alloy C-22 bar is supplied upon request as rolled or forged bar. The available diameter range runs from small sizes up to 600 mm. Larger diameter enquiries are typically handled as forged bar, while rolled bar may be available for smaller and mid-range sizes depending on specification and mill route.

Chemical composition

Alloy C-22 / UNS N06022 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy. The high chromium content supports resistance in oxidizing media, while molybdenum and tungsten contribute to performance in reducing and chloride-containing environments.
