Chemical composition

Alloy 825 / UNS N08825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with molybdenum, copper and titanium. The nickel content supports resistance to chloride stress-corrosion cracking, while molybdenum and copper contribute to performance in reducing acid environments. Titanium stabilization helps improve resistance to intergranular corrosion.

Below chemical composition limits are provided for quick reference. Final compliance is confirmed by the Mill Test Certificate and the applicable order specification.
