Maass Special Alloys supplies Alloy 20 bars as rolled and forged bar upon request. Also known as Carpenter 20, 20Cb-3, UNS N08020 or W.Nr. 2.4660, this nickel-iron-chromium alloy with copper and molybdenum is developed for acid-related and chloride-containing service. The supply range runs from small diameters up to 600 mm.

Alloy 20 bar is available upon request in rolled and forged bar form. Maass Special Alloys can source material from smaller diameters up to 600 mm. Larger sizes are typically produced as forged bar, while rolled bar is normally more relevant for smaller and mid-range diameter requirements.

Chemical composition

Alloy 20 / UNS N08020 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with molybdenum, copper and niobium. This composition is used to support corrosion resistance in acid-related process environments, with niobium stabilization to help reduce the risk of intergranular corrosion.
